Dunkin Donuts Iced Coffee Lounge
In 2013, the I collaborated with our marketing and sales team to come up with a unique experience for a client. Our client, Dunkin Donuts, wanted to incorporate their brand with ours through a unique experience. I worked with our Brand Integration Group to generate the idea to rebrand our cafeteria into a private performance lounge. I saw an under utilized space and I decided to brand and monitize it.
At first, the client was not 100% sold on the idea because they couldn't visualize what we were pitching. So I did some research, taught myself how to design and construct 3D renderings in Google SketchUp and I developed a rough draft of my vision for the space. After several revisions and improvements, the client finally signed on with us.
I worked with our marketing team, local engineers and Dunkin Donuts engineers to execute the lounge based off of my creative concepts and renderings.
We now have a Dunkin Donuts Iced Coffee Lounge on the 3rd floor of our building. There is a portal page to coincide with the performance lounge. Every week we hold artist performances, celebrity interviews and more in the lounge. The experiences are for listener contests.
Dunkin Donuts was so impressed with our delivery and performance in 2014 so they recently renewed their contract for 2015.
